Fuel Moto M8 Level Z CNC Cylinder Head Porting
The Fuel Moto M8 Level Z CNC cylinder heads were developed for top-level performance through extensive flow bench testing and dyno validation, delivering maximum velocity, cylinder fill, and big power gains on high-output Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight engines. Available with +1 oversize valves (standard Level Z) or +2 oversize valves (Level Z +2 for even higher horsepower ceiling), these heads are recommended for engines producing 140-170+ horsepower (Level Z) or 150-200 horsepower (Level Z +2).
Best suited for larger displacement builds, they require supporting modifications such as a larger throttle body, upgraded injectors, and a high-flow exhaust system proven to handle the target power level.
M8 Level Z Cylinder Head Porting includes the following:
- Extensive full CNC porting for maximum velocity and flow
- Oversize performance valves (+1 or +2 depending on variant)
- Multi-angle competition valve job
- Optional high-lift valve springs (.600" Wood Performance beehive or .640" Star Racing with titanium retainers)
- Replacement of valve guides and seals
- Re-machining of gasket surfaces
- Heads are thoroughly tested; valve seats replaced if necessary
- Exchange with core charge or send in your heads to be serviced (in-stock options available for quick core exchange; 3-4 week lead time for customer-supplied heads)
