Shipping and Return Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding to checkout, you agree to be bound by these Shipping Policy terms and conditions. Agreement to these terms is mandatory before reaching the checkout screen.
Free Shipping: Orders over $250 qualify for free UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping within the contiguous U.S. Oversized or non-standard items may incur additional fees, clearly displayed on the product page before adding to cart. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on orders outside the contiguous U.S.
Hazardous Materials: Items like motor oils do not qualify for free shipping. Orders under $150 incur standard shipping fees. For orders over $150 containing hazardous materials, additional shipping charges may apply unless otherwise noted on the product page. We will notify you of these charges before processing.
Expedited Shipping: Options include UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saturday Delivery, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail. Contact us to arrange; additional fees may apply.
Processing & Delivery: In-stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days. You’ll be notified of any delays. If faster shipping is possible, it’s provided at no extra cost. We aim for a transit time of 3 days or less once shipped. Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers. Our responsibility ends once a tracking number is provided.
International Orders: International shipping charges displayed at checkout are a shipping deposit only and are not guaranteed to reflect the final shipping cost. Actual shipping charges are calculated during order processing based on package dimensions, weight, destination, carrier rates, and any applicable surcharges.
If the actual shipping cost is less than the amount collected at checkout, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount collected at checkout, the customer will be invoiced for the remaining balance prior to shipment. Orders requiring additional shipping payment will not ship until the balance has been paid in full.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs charges, and any other fees imposed by the destination country. TMF Cycles has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost.
If an international customer declines to pay additional shipping charges after an order has been placed, TMF Cycles reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less any non-refundable payment processing fees, special-order costs, or other expenses already incurred.
Certain oversized, hazardous, restricted, or special-order items may not be eligible for international shipment. TMF Cycles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any international order that cannot be shipped safely, legally, or economically.
Delivery Options: Schedule delivery or arrange pick-up at UPS/USPS locations nationwide at no extra cost via the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
General: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt, in new, unused condition with all original packaging, instructions, and tags. Customers pay return shipping. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning. Include a copy of your packing list with the return.
Fees: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns incur a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund, which is processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.
Eligibility: Items must include the receipt, be unused/uninstalled, and in original packaging. Returns showing wear, damage from improper use, or accidents are not accepted.
Special Orders: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Use prepaid UPS or USPS, insure for full purchase value, and use original packaging. We are not liable for lost return shipments.
Return/Exchange Process: After approval and receiving an RA number, include your email invoice and detailed return/exchange instructions. Shipping return address will be provided to you with the RA number.
Cancellations: All canceled orders that are custom made incur a 20% cancellation fee, no exceptions. Delays due to factors beyond our control, lack of planning, or urgent deadlines do not waive this fee. Products such as custom suspension, custom brake lines, custom painted parts, custom pistons, imported parts, custom exhaust, etc.
