Bung King 39mm Quarter Fairing Bracket Kit for 2005 & Earlier Dyna, FXR, and All 39mm narrow glide Sportster Models
Designed for 39mm narrow glide front ends, this 39mm Quarter Fairing Bracket Kit is the perfect upgrade for 2005 and earlier Harley-Davidson Dyna models, as well as FXR and all 39mm Sportster motorcycles. Similar to our popular 49mm bracket kit, these brackets bolt directly to the factory HD quarter fairing and allow the use of Harley’s chrome quick releases for fast, clean removal.
This kit replaces the old, hose clamp-style docking hardware used in factory quarter fairing installs on 39mm narrow glide forks. Unlike the factory system that leaves behind four clamps on the forks after fairing removal, this design leaves nothing behind on the bike for a cleaner, sleeker look.
The kit includes two powder-coated steel sideplates that act as the connection between the quarter fairing and quick releases, plus all the hardware needed to mount the sideplates to the quick release clamps. Please note, the quick release windshield clamps (HD part #58174-04A) are not included but are available from your local Harley dealer. Locking versions of these quick releases are also available for added security.
