Fuel M8 Moto Level A CNC Cylinder Head Porting
The Fuel Moto M8 Level A CNC cylinder head was developed through dyno & extensive flowbench testing to deliver excellent performance increases on H-D Milwaukee-Eight engines with an emphasis on broad power. The Fuel Moto M8 Level A heads are CNC ported from the the valve seat to the guide, new .580 lift valve springs, competition valve job, and work best on 117-128" engines in the 130-150Hp range. Requires larger throttle body & injectorsr (SE 64mm TB with CNC ported manifold recommended) and exhaust system that is designed & proven to support the horsepower level for this application.

79cc Heads:
These S&S® Super Stock® high performance cylinder heads are designed for stock displacement or slightly modified 2006-'16 engines up to 110". The 79cc combustion chamber provides a significantly higher than stock, but still manageable compression ratio. Machined for S&S® electric or manual compression releases. The moderately sized 1.940" intake and 1.575" exhaust valves maintain port velecity in smaller displacement engines for good low and midrange response. S&S® High performance valve springs allow the installation of camshafts with up to .650" lift. Compatible with stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds. Wrinkle black powder coat finish matches stock silver engine components.
89cc Heads:
These S&S® Super Stock® high performance cylinder heads are designed for 2006-'16 engines with stock crankcase. They work well with engines of stock displacement , but are ideal for somewhat larger stroker or big bore engines up to 110". The 89cc combustion chamber provides a slightly higher than stock, but still manageable compression ratio in larger than stock engines.This makes them a good choice for touring bikes and other heavy vehicles. Machined for S&S® electric or manual compression releases. The large 2.000" intake and 1.605" exhaust valves maintain port velecity for good low and midrange response, but supply enough air for slightly larger engines to perform to their full potential. Intake ports flow 264 cfm compared to stock heads at 182cfm. S&S® High performance valve springs allow the installation of camshafts with up to .650" lift. Compatible with stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds. Wrinkle black powder coat finish matches stock black engine components.

FEULING® BEEHIVE® valve springs use a smaller lighter weight retainer which drastically reduces the valve weight creating a quicker revving and smoother motion than comparable dual or single valve springs.
Valve springs are a direct bolt-in replacement, no spring seat or rocker cover machining required up to .565” lift
Springs will accommodate over .600 cam lift, but will require spring seat pocket machining on the cylinder heads to set correct spring open height
