Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping within the contiguous U.S. Oversized or non-standard items may incur additional fees, clearly displayed on the product page before adding to cart. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on orders outside the contiguous U.S.
Hazardous Materials: Items like motor oils do not qualify for free shipping. Orders under $150 incur standard shipping fees. For orders over $150 containing hazardous materials, additional shipping charges may apply unless otherwise noted on the product page. We will notify you of these charges before processing.
Expedited Shipping: Options include UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saturday Delivery, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail. Contact us to arrange; additional fees may apply.
Processing & Delivery: In-stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days. You’ll be notified of any delays. If faster shipping is possible, it’s provided at no extra cost. We aim for a transit time of 3 days or less once shipped. Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Options: Schedule delivery or arrange pick-up at UPS/USPS locations nationwide at no extra cost via the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
General: Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt, in new, unused condition with all original packaging, instructions, and tags. Customers pay return shipping. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning. Include a copy of your packing list with the return.
Fees: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns incur a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund, which is processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.
Eligibility: Items must include the receipt, be unused/uninstalled, and in original packaging. Returns showing wear, damage from improper use, or accidents are not accepted.
Special Orders: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Use prepaid UPS or USPS, insure for full purchase value, and use original packaging. We are not liable for lost return shipments.
Return/Exchange Process: After approval and receiving an RA number, include your email invoice and detailed return/exchange instructions. Ship to:

Cancellations: All canceled orders incur a 20% cancellation fee, no exceptions. Delays due to factors beyond our control, lack of planning, or urgent deadlines do not waive this fee. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
