Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery via UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail on orders over $150 to the contiguous United States only. Any over size or non-standard item fees may apply, and will be noted clearly on the product page before adding the item to your shopping cart. All shipping charges on orders outside of the US 48 states are the responsibility of the customer.

Hazardous material do not qualify for free shipping, this includes all motor oils. All orders under $150 will have their own shipping charges. All orders containing Hazardous materials over $150, unless otherwise noted on the products page, will have shipping added after you place the order. We will notify you of the shipping charges before we process the order.

Expedited shipping services are available, including UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, Express Mail, Priority Mail, and First Class Mail. Additional shipping charges may apply. You must contact us for these shipping options.

Most Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days if in stock. Once your order is processed you will be notified if there may be extended wait times.

If an item can be shipped faster, it will be at no additional charge. We try to have most orders delivered with a transit time of 3 days or less when possible.

Orders over $250 may require signature on Delivery.

You can schedule delivery times and/or arrange to pick up your packages UPS or USPS locations nationwide. This service is free of charge and can be accessed using the carriers website.

Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the original date received. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Prior to returning an item you must contact us for approval. Each item will need a RA (Return Authorization) number in order to be accepted by our returns department.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or payment type. This could take 3 to 7 business days as normal return processing times apply.

In order to qualify you must have the item’s receipt and the product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected. Returns usually process within 3-7 days of returned delivery. 

All special orders are not returnable/refundable. 

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: After your return has been approved and you have an RA number, enclose a copy of your E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to:

ALL CANCELED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% CANCELLATION FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS. LACK OF PLANNING, LACK OF PATIENCE & RUSH DEADLINES ARE NOT OUR ISSUE. WE SHIP ORDERS OUT AS SOON AS WE POSSIBLY CAN, SOMETIMES FACTORS OUT OF OUR CONTROL CAN CAUSE DELAYS.
