Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the original date received. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Prior to returning an item you must contact us for approval. Each item will need a RA (Return Authorization) number in order to be accepted by our returns department.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or payment type.
In order to qualify you must have the item’s receipt and the product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: After your return has been approved and you have an RA number, enclose a copy of your E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to:

ALL CANCELED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% CANCELLATION FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS. LACK OF PLANNING, LACK OF PATIENCE & RUSH DEADLINES ARE NOT OUR ISSUE. WE SHIP ORDERS OUT AS SOON AS WE POSSIBLY CAN, SOMETIMES FACTORS OUT OF OUR CONTROL CAN CAUSE DELAYS.
