Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders are shipped as soon as possible, some items are special ordered to your rider preferences, so those may take a few days. Most order ship within 3-5 business days, unless an item is backordered, then we will reach out direct

Q: Do we offer expedited shipping?

A: If you need quicker shipping just shoot us an email, it is available at extra charge!

Q: I ordered the wrong part, what are my options?

A: All returned orders are subject to 15% restocking fee, if you need help determining which part is correct for your application, please shoot us an email.

Q: Do you ship international?

A: Yes we currently ship international, the rates are posted at check out. 

Q: My order was lost in transit, what do I do?

A: Shoot us and email and we will help you with looking into the issue, most packages require you to call the carrier first to report the problem.

Q: I didn't get tracking or order confirmation, will I be getting that?

A: All orders get return tracking when shipped to the email provided, please check you spam box and/or junk folder, if you still don't see it email us!
