Nexo 5.0: The “NUMBER 1” of inverted frontend for Harley-Davidson Touring
Road Glide, Street Glide and Road King !

The innovative Nexo 5.0 upside-down fork has been studied and designed for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
All aluminum parts, machined from solid, are made inside the Rebuffini company,
following very rigorous production protocols and quality controls.
Assembled with the use of the best components on the market (oil seals, dust seals, bushings, oil, …)
The hydraulic cartridges are produced in collaboration with Andreani Group International,
Italian leading company in motorcycle suspension, with authorized centers all over the world.

Each set is assembled according to customer needs.
It is a completely customizable and configurable product in terms of colors and settings.

Available lengths:
-760mm (120mm stroke), optional 750mm (120mm stroke)
– 800mm (120mm stroke), optional 810mm (120mm stroke)
Rebuffini offers the pre-sales technical service, without obligation, to best recommend the length of the fork to use.

– Fully adjustable in rebound, compression and spring preload.
– The built-in radial 3D bottoms have been designed for 108mm radial brake calipers and to accommodate the ABS sensor without modification.
– 3D fork clamps machined from solid;
– 58mm billet fork sheaths, for maximum rigidity, excellent feeling and riding comfort and excellent braking stability:
– 48mm fork legs with black DLC treatment, for the best smoothness;
– Lightened wheel axle included.

Available accessories:
– OEM or aftermarket fender mounts ( #000926N );
– Front fender real carbon racing style ( #000504 );
– Steering bearing kit “Allballs” not included ( #000285 ).

Technical notes:

15-23 ROAD GLIDE MODELS:
1) The stock risers and stock instrument gauge mount need to be replaced with the Rebuffini or aftermarket ones
(the position of the risers is 20mm pullback from the original);
With Rebuffini risers and instrument gauge mount you won’t have to give up the visibility of the navigator.
3) Ignition switch / steering lock housing must be removed and keyless ignition activated directly on the right handlebar switch, using a diagnostic tool;
3) With the ø58mm of the fork shealths the steering is slightly less than the original one.
4) Depending on the length of the forks or the brake caliper model, it may be necessary to replace the brake hoses.

14-23 STREET GLIDE MODELS:
1) The position of the risers is like the original, this allows you to use oem or similar handlebars.
2) If you want to install 8″ or 10″ Rebuffini risers (or aftermarket) you need:
– purchase the upper plate #000510 with pullback separately but this involves the loss of visibility of the navigator.
– modify the ignition panel.
3) Ignition switch / steering lock housing must be removed and keyless ignition activated
directly on the right handlebar switch, using a diagnostic tool;
4) With the ø58mm of the fork shealths the steering is slightly less than the original one.
5) Depending on the length of the forks or the brake caliper model, it may be necessary to replace the brake hoses.

14-23 ROAD KING MODELS:
1) It is necessary to replace the stock risers with Rebuffini or aftermarket ones
(the position of the risers is 20mm pullback from the original);
3) Ignition switch / steering lock housing must be removed and keyless ignition activated
directly on the right handlebar switch, using a diagnostic tool;
3) With the ø58mm of the fork shealths the steering is slightly less than the original one.
4) Depending on the length of the forks or the brake caliper model, it may be necessary to replace the brake hoses.
5) The specific set for Road King is designed to house “Memphis Shades” fairings and “Baja Designs” headlight unit.
6) It is necessary to discard the original H-D nacelle.
