Jims oil pump alignment tool is the perfect aid for the technician to either assemble as individual components with supplied studs or as an assembly with the alignment dowel.
For the cam support plate along with oil pump gerotors and pump cover to perfectly align with the pinion shaft flat all while properly sealing the oil pump o-ring in the crankcase can be a challenge for one set of hands.
